
A 10 class pack for the Girl Fit Winter Series led by Girl Fit Physical Therapist. Each class is 45-minutes focusing on strength and endurance training, flexibility, mobility, and injury prevention in a fun, upbeat, and encouraging environment. Class is appropriate for middle school and high school girls. It's great for girls who are already active in sports who want to cross train or girls who are curious about starting a work-out routine!
