
45-minute class led by a Girl Fit Physical Therapist focusing on strength and endurance training, flexibility, mobility, and injury prevention in a fun, upbeat, and encouraging environment. Class is appropriate for middle school and high school girls.

Get ready for your fall sports season with our pre-season prep class. The structure of the class is based on the latest ACL injury prevention research and led by a Physical Therapist. These workouts will focus on improving aspects of muscle strength that are associated with risk reduction of common injuries in female athletes, including ACL injuries. This class is appropriate for 8th grade and up! Will benefit our field sport and performance athletes alike.Â
